ROW l-Dave Dukes, Steve Hogrefe, Tom Gladney, Larry Koontz, Bill Anderson, Tom Strathairn, John Osborne, Don Keller, Bob Anderson, Paul Leslie, Randy Keller, Gary Gustafson, Bill Wardwell. ROW 2- Rick Evans, Larry Wolfe, Jim Carrol, Doug Houston, Rick Klein, Bob Schefer, Jeff Teather, Don Rogers, Steve White, Phil Weil, Membership in the Varsity Letterman Club is obtained by lettering in a Varsity Sport. This year the Letterman Club sponsored a donkey basketball game which was the biggest fund-raising event of the year. The faculty won this year by a score of 28-24. Jim Troppmann was president of the Varsity Letterman Club during the past year and was assisted by vice- president, Steve Solinsky. Tom Gladney was secretary, and Dave Lindsey was treasurer, while Larry Koontz was ser- geant at arms. The Red Cross Club was one of the most active service organizations at Redwood this year. Under the direction of two co-chairmen, Virginia Rothrock and Andrea Stockton, Rick Webb, Bruce Wolford, Dave Lindsey, Boots Ferguson. ROW 3 Fred Bunker, John Contos, Dennis Shunk, Buz Bricca, Jim Bacher, Ray Mayer, Guy Modica, Roger Lawrence, Jim Troppmann, Bruce Stannard, Joel Tobiason, Larry Pierroz, Bruce Von Borstel, Bob Connell. the club worked in many fields of service. They began the year with a membership drive in Octo- ber. Around Christmas time they sponsored instrumental concerts for several Marin hospitals, directed by band leader, Tom Graefe, After the Christmas holidays, the Red Cross Club began working on a proiect which they called a Friendship Chest, which was to be sent to our sister school in Preetz, Germany. Through the hard work of all its members and with help from Mrs. Nelson, faculty advisor, the Red Cross Club served the school and community with many projects.
