 Fiddler on the Roof” The lights went up; the curtain opened and the characters on stage came alive. This was the start of the presentation of Fiddler on the Roof. It all began with tryouts the first week of September. After much thought and consid- eration, the cast was chosen. Months of dedication and hart work, in time, led to a production that was later known as one of the best musicals ever presented at RFHS. Many other people helped to make this pro- duction a success. These people included: Directors-Mark Nelson, Virgil Felt, Gary Bestmann, and Carol Hudek; set crew, cos- tume and make-up crew; lighting, sound and photography crew and their director, Mr. Johnson; student director, Jann Hanning; Mrs. Kittelson's art classes. Fiddler on the Roof' will long be remem- bered because it was prepared for and pre- sented by people who really cared. 8
