SENIORS Class llllicers .Jghn Ramsethg Arnold Rasmussen: Mar- ilyn Schumacher: Noreen Ahrens. We, as a senior class, feel that we have obtained the highest goal in high school-that of being at the top. Our past years have been of great value to us, but our senior year is the most important and the longest remembered. During our last year we were engaged in numerous activities. We presented the class play, -published the school annual, and sponsored various other activities. We had a senior skip day which will be looked back upon with a pleasant memory. Then, too, our Commencement and graduation will hold a place in our hearts forever. One outstanding boy and girl from the senior class was chosen to go to Boys and Girls State for one week. There, they gained know- ledge on the operation of city, county, and state government. The motto is learn by doing, so those wishing to hold office must campaign in the same manner as real politicians. Girls State is held at the 4-H Building on the fair grounds, and is sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary, Boys State is held on the Farm Campus of the University of Minnesota, and is sponsored by the American Legion. As being seniors we feel that we had many responsibilities but we have a happy future to look forward to. We know that without the help and guidance of our instructors and class-mates, we would never have reached this goal. Now, having completed our final year, we will go on toward success, and with the thought that high school days are the best days. Boy and Girl Slate Arnold Rasmussen and Marita Reque.
