Running away - To Get Away The Freshman Initiates were required to dress in the latest fashion - as dicta- g 4 ted by FHA officers. They wore very modern hair-dos and elaborate makeup. Their accessories included onion neck- laces, one high heel shoe and one boot, long johns, a pickle, and a skillet purse. Each of the girls carried a frog in her pocket. Fun! Fun! Fun!
