With entries of many and varied types, the judges had an extremely difficult time picking the top articles. Added to the original list of entries, was the new division, journalism, in which a large group participated. This year, Chepulechi had the largest groups of entries since its beginning in 1947. ■H ty

Of course, Redlands High School had its fling, too, a John Rushing, principal, Dave Lily, Dean of Boys, and Helen Taylor, Dean of Girls, afforded the students a host of pleasure. An assembly ended the day with a speech given by Miyor Maurice Clapp and the introduction of the digni- taries.
