Dedication The Senior Class wishes to recognize a teacher who, through his endless efforts, has made Redbank Valley a high school noted for its outstanding science depart- ment. His reputation as one of the area's finest chemistry and physics teachers follows him far beyond the walls of our own school. Each and every student under this manis administration is brought to the realization that nothing in life is attained without the selfdesire to achieve. It is, therefore, with great pleasure and deepest respect that we, the Class of 1971, dedicate our yearbook, The Vallis, to Mr. Paul Norton. X mr , ,. In the prac- tices, fundamentals are stressed. Due to the poor turnout this year, there were only two teams instead of four. Several practice games and two regular games were played on the football field. These boys are the future football stars of R.V.H.S. Coach Larry Shumaker, Assistant Coach Edwin Doverspike. Long We would like to extend to Mr. james C. Long a word of thanks for all the wonderful work he has done to help us. It is a tough task to be an adviser for a year- book. Mr. Long has spent many long, extra hours He rules with an iron hand. Is this Carol, Debbie, or jane? helping us to meet deadlines and getting things done. Without him there could be no yearbook, and so we thank you, Mr. Long, for all you have done. Your help was greatly appreciated. -Marlene and Linda Q! X 's Vallis Staff First Row: R.
