Student Council Sponsor Mr. Tock Vice-President, Gary Brower, President, MaryBar- Iowa Student Council Convention nettg Secretary, Jolene Bergstrom. The Student Council, with Mr. Tock as sponsor, and under the capable leadership of Mary Barnett, has contributed much to the benefit and welfare of our school during .1961-62. After listening to numerous a rg u m e nt s in favor of a new public address system, the Council went into action to remedy the situation. As a' result, ROCHS now boasts of a very good P.A. system which is enjoyed by and used for the benefit of all high school students. Other worthwhile projects which have been undertaken by the Student Council are the decorating of the halls at Christmas time, the sponsoring of religious convocations preceding holidays, and simply trying to satisfy the complaints and wishes of students who see ways to improve ROCHS. Working and striving in the present, thinking of the future, the Student Council has done its share and more in improving and regulating the activities of ROCHS, SEATED: Suzie Kelker, Judy Anderson, Linda Strachan, Pam Funkhouser, Nancy Wright.
