If lr ' j' 'i i i . , li Br1uL,xH Vick Even though Beulah is a very quiet and modest girl, she believes in having a good time. She is sincere and does not pretend to be what she is not. Beulah has a great deal of originality, which helps her in writing some very interesting compositions. Nothing gives her greater pleasure than reading, and even those books that seem dull and dry to others have a strange fascination for her. Although she is a man hater at the present, we think there will be quite a change in the future when the right one appears on the scene. lfliN'l'RlCl'1 Warm We Seniors are indeed fortunate in having Fentrice as a member of our Class. His de- termination, perseverance, sincerity and loy- alty have won for him the love and respect of the entire student body. His friends are numbered by the score 3 and no wonder, since his motto is, A friend in need is a friend indeed. Although Fentrice does not care for a college career, we feel sure that his edu- cation will not cease when he leaves Red Oak. We are loath to part with him, and know that the community to which he goes will be greatly enriched by his presence. l':m'rll,i'-ri,uhl JOHNIIA1 VICK Duck has a charming personality, a bright mind, a happy disposition, and a sparkle in the eye that denotes mischief. He likes fun in school or out, and usually finds it. Everyone is his friend, because he is a friend to everybody. He is a great ladies' man and holds the record for heart smashing in Red Oak. Duck has also distinguished himself in athletics, starring in football, basketball and baseball. The world is hungry for such men as Duck, and we feel sure that he is destined to bring much honor to us in the future, when he becomes Judge of the Superior Court. VVe are glad that he is going to be a speaker rather than a writer, for then he Won't have to spell all thc words he uses.
