He says that he likes living here because the people are very friendly. When Tuan first moved here from Saigon, he found our school confusing, but the longer he lives here, the more he likes it. Le Huu Doan is in eleventh grade. He really likes going to school here and hopes that someday his English will improve. In Vietnam he lived in Saigon, the capitol city. He says that a difference between Ameri- can and Vietnamese schools is that when the period is over, the teachers move to the next class instead of moving the pupils. Tu also says that even though he likes the United States, much of his family is still in Vietnam and he would like to return there eventually.
