This past summer Mr. Fitzkee studied data processing. He is interested in all sports as a spectator and a participant. He is also Chaimian of the Recreation Board at Red Lion. SEITZ, CARL, . . . School Board Secretary. Mr. Seitz enjoys tennis, hunting, and music. A trip to the West, including Yellowstone Park and the Grand Canyon was Mr. Seitz's activity for the summer. STABLEY, CARY, . . . Business Manager. Mr. Stabley enjoys swim- ming, reading, and football. Traveling throughout the Midwest filled most of Mr. Stabley's vacation. Sometime during the past year you may have noticed one or all of those cheerful instructors who reside at the top of the B-wing. They are Red Lion's Crusaders For Technology busily instructing their students in the in- creasingly important subjects of science. Science courses at Red Lion have something to offer to each student re- gardless of his or her abilities. These courses range from general science to advanced chemistry, a course being of- fered for the first time this year. Other sciences offered in- clude life science, biology, advanced biology, chemistry, and physics. Science 'students have at their disposal many fine laboratories, and a large supply of excellent research materials and equipment. Each student who thinks serious- ly of broadening his knowledge in the field of science can prepare himself for this extensively competitive industrial and scientific world by active participation. 12 Science Is The 51.3, . ' ' SHAFFER, FREELAND, B.S., M.S. .. . Physics, Ad- vanced Chemistryg Fly-tying Club. Mr. Shaffer attended an institute in nuclear science at Michigan State University. His interests include hunting, fishing, fly-tying, and elec- tronics. GREENAWAY, DANIEL, B.S .... Biology, Guidance. Mr. Greenaway studied German and algebra at Elizabeth- town College this summer. Fishing and fly-tying are his interests. UREY, RUSSELL, B.S., M.S. .. . Chemistry, General Scienceg Assistant Football coach, Track coach, Football Club. Naturally, Mr. Urey's interests lie in all types of sports as well as hunting. He attended a National Science Foundation Instituteat William and Mary College. POSEY, CARROLL, B.S .... Biology, Advanced Biology, General Science, Biology Club. Over the summer months, Mr. Posey attended Westem Maryland College. Hunting, camping, and sports are his main interests.
