Sometime during the past year you may have noticed one or all of those cheerful instructors who reside at the top of the B-wing. They are Red Lion's Crusaders For Technology busily instructing their students in the in- creasingly important subjects of science. Science courses at Red Lion have something to offer to each student re- gardless of his or her abilities. These courses range from general science to advanced chemistry, a course being of- fered for the first time this year. Other sciences offered in- clude life science, biology, advanced biology, chemistry, and physics. Science 'students have at their disposal many fine laboratories, and a large supply of excellent research materials and equipment. Each student who thinks serious- ly of broadening his knowledge in the field of science can prepare himself for this extensively competitive industrial and scientific world by active participation. 12 Science Is The 51.3, . ' ' SHAFFER, FREELAND, B.S., M.S. .. . Physics, Ad- vanced Chemistryg Fly-tying Club. Mr. Shaffer attended an institute in nuclear science at Michigan State University. Naturally, Mr. Urey's interests lie in all types of sports as well as hunting. He attended a National Science Foundation Instituteat William and Mary College. POSEY, CARROLL, B.S ....
