l980-I9Sl HAPPENING Mrs. Jessie McKelvie is a familiar sight at RBHS and at several other locations around town. She is part of a group of retired ladies whose hand-made crafts are sold, especially around Christmas, to finance a scholar- ship which is given to a RBUHS graduate each year. An annual event, but one that nevertheless generates much interest at RBHS: the mock wedding given each year by Miss Wilgus' Contemporary Family classes. Shown in the picture, one of three couples who were joined in Spartanland's version of wedded bliss . We want heat, not cold feetl exclaimed the sign of one frozen Red Bluff student, as a protest was orga- nized to generate some action Cand some heath to alle- viate the problem of icy classrooms.
