Message from the Editors Dear Classmates: Our high school career has been a long four year jour¬ ney; one consisting of a series of twists and turns, and one in which we have grown from timid freshmen into self- assured individuals. During our four years here there have been times when each of us has reached an intersection — a point of decision, a moment of truth. Decisions such as the courses we selected or the friends we chose to be with have affected the direction our lives have followed. Be¬ cause of the many paths we have all traveled, the editors of Pioneer ' 81 chose Crossroads” as the theme of our yearbook. Unsure of which path to take, we sometimes felt alone when making decisions. Yet, along the way there were always people waiting and willing to help us. These special people include our friends, teachers, and most especially our parents for it was their love and patience which has helped guide us through a lifetime of crossroads. We the editors of Pioneer ' 81 would like to extend our fondest wishes to each and every classmate; for we are all about to embark on a new journey; we will all be leaving the familiar main path to seek new destinations. Best of luck to a great class! Your Editors, ct kcA„. H [ ( umj . ru t, P W ( n Lisa Hergenrother Ann Marie McCarron
