DEDICATION Robert Swanson As Seniors, one of the hardest tasks is saying good-bye to the close friends that we have made since ninth grade. It is espe¬ cially difficult to say good-bye to one individual, Mr. Swanson. As a teacher, he is enthusiastic. There is never a dull moment in his classroom, but then, what else would you expect from a man who idolizes Churchill? Yet, the characteristic which dis¬ tinguishes Mr. Swanson is his true understanding of his stu¬ dents. As our class advisor during tenth and eleventh grades, he gave us the incentive we needed. Mr. Swanson sacrificed a great deal of his time to plan and participate in class activities. We will always remember the good times we shared with him, particu¬ larly apple picking and the Junior Prom. At the beginning of our senior year, Mr. Swanson realized that he would be unable to devote the necessary time to help make our final year a success. He made the hard decision to step down from his position, so that the senior class would not be short changed. However, whenever we needed him, he was always there. In dedicating this yearbook to Mr. Swanson, we hope to ex¬ press our appreciation and respect for him, not only as a teach¬ er, but also as a true friend.

IN MEMORIAM SFra iA ffttu arasAl January 4, 1962 to April 13, 1979 To those who knew him, Frank Kudaroski was better known as “F”. He was a person who enjoyed having a good time and being with friends. Come any Friday night, Frank was looking for a party. One beautiful quality “F” had was his willingness to sit and listen to a friend with a problem. He was always there, if you just needed someone to talk with. Conversations with Frank were often very deep. “F enjoyed fiddling with electronics and was very talented at it. He was a member of Blue Mule and also made and ran the light shows for the groups, Crossover and Mugs. If he were here today, he would also be doing the lights for Ulysses. Better known by Frank as “Big H , Mr. Harney was one of his favorite teachers. Severed weeks before his accident, Frank spoke with some friends about how he wanted people to react, if he died. He did not want people to mourn him, but wanted us to have a party and remember him for what he was. So, on April 18, 1979, all F s friends threw a party in his honor.
