FRESHMAN CLASS The class of T960 started their year out by electing their class officers: President, Patsy Veddern, Vice- President, Harold Smith, Secretary, Mary Lou Miller, Treasurer, Sylvia Leininger, and assistant Treasurer, Pat Leisring. The members in Student Council are Patsy Veddern, Harold Smith, Jacqueline Hollis and Dennis Thompson. Also there are two members in the Safety Council, Patsy Veddern and Dennis Joyce. Our motto is Work Brings Its Own Rewards, colors are mint green and white, and class flower is a white rose. The class has been working on the following money-making projects, collecting tax stamps, selling tickets for the Holiday Ice Show, selling candy apples, bake sales, paper drive and a dance. Our largest and most successful proiect was our dance, Sleigh Bell Bop. The two projects the class worked together on were the Homecoming float and a Christmas party. Our goal for the year was a thousand dollars. We planned a budget for our bake sales, paper drive, dues, and other proiects so we could reach our goal.
