The strung ensemble, a newly formed musical group at R H S is being congratulated by Mr. Fred Cardin, our instru mental instructor. Mr. Dornsite demonstrates portrait sketches to part of his class while other pupils complete their water color assignments. I Mrs. Norton displays one of the two hundred pottery projects completed by members of her ceramics class.

FOREIG LANGUAGE DEPARTME T i Department Head-Miss Martha Morrette Miss Martha Morrette, head of the foreign Ian- guage department, is showing Miss Alethia N, Love 3 and Mrs. Lillian E, Kramer one of the many illus- trative posters made by foreign language students. I This is only one ofthe many devices used by this department to stimulate more interest and develop a better understanding of foreign languages. Mrs. Lillian E. Kramer and her class examine some articles of French culture after an inspiring French lesson. Practice exercises in German some' times provide a bit of humor for Miss Alethia N. Love and members of the class, l6 Various visual aids make Miss Martha Morrette's Latin classes colorful and inter' esting. l

Students enrolled in Mrs. Sabol's clerical practice classes gain profitable experiences in all phases of general office work. A few students of Mr. Whitely's Typing I class gather momentarily to learn some of the fundamental typing procedures.
