So it has been on your voyage through the public schools - you have had your moments of trouble and doubt, your periods of elation and triumph. School has broadened your vision, increased your interests, revealed new goals, and presented fresh oppor- tunities and challenges, You have known disappointment and elation, discouragement and exaltation, tri- umph and defeat. Through each successive experience, from each new adventure and challenge has come growth - mental, physical, moral, and spiritual, or social. Ere long you will realize that your high school days have but set the pattern for the days and years that lie ahead, The lessons learned, the strengths de- veloped will ever be present to aid and guide you. Your school, your teachers, and parents trust that they KZMZM W have been sufficient to sustain you in your new voyage.

He assists the Captain by preparing as- sembly programs, supervis- ing discipline, composing the daily bulletin, planning and directing the lunch and hall patrol schedules, and mak- ing service awards to stud- ents.
