CLHSS OFFICERS Howard Guldin: This 6' l personification of modesty has been a football and basketball hero throughout high school and has been president of the '40 class in his junior and senior years. Hops weighs l7U pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. His greatest interest is in being a good fellow. ' Hmong his many duties are presiding at all class and executive committee meetings, appoint- ing cornmittees, and overseeing the planning and work of all class activities. George Dracha: This l65 pound bundle of nonchalance was outstanding in basketball, base- ball, and football during high school. Yacub is 6' l , has brown hair, and is very much interested in going away to college-, This lanky boy, besides being nonchalant, is noted for his dry wit. The rnost prominent duty of the vice-president is to assist the president. Phyllis Carts: This petite girl, who typifies friendliness, has been secretary of the '46 class since tenth grade. She is an active member of the senior orchestra, marching band, and Girl Reserves. Phyl's hair is brown and her eyes are hazel. She is 5' 4 , Weighs llU pounds, and is inter- ested in dancing, music, and swimming. - Her duties are to record minutes of all class meetings and handle- all correspondence. Hddamenia Evans: This blonde-haired, blue-eyed symbol of pleasantness has been baron twirler for the marching band. She is president of her homeroom and a member of the Girl Reserves. Plddie is 5' 6 tall and Weighs 126 pounds. She is interested in dancing and baton twirling.
