It begins the first day of school. Juniors and seniors race to the parking lot to their sleek shiny cars tor dull dented junkersi. The freshmen and sophomores shuffle out to their mother's Hondas, 0r tragically worse, the SCHOOL BUS. Some feel riding the bus gives them an unpopular image. If the car-less are fortunate, they are able to get a ride home with a sympathetic senior. Others can often be found slouching low in that big green seat waiting for the bus to stop SOMEWHERE near their house. Bulging mu girls tend to through Nau room. Others prefer to use the school weight i room. Not everyone can be tied down to actual exercise. Some fun is required for those less disciplined. For this reason, many students have turned to sports. Football, basketball, swimming, soccer, volleyball, wrestling, softball, and track are a few alternatives to routine exercise programs.
