There was a breakdance competition held after school in the gym, a fun run for students and facul- ty and a continental breakfast was served for club presidents during first hour. The big event of the week was a tug of war contest with each fourth hour class providing a team. The winners received a pizza party. i , 1 , - n . 6 M., 1 . .::.,,: Nil vfl l ESQ' if c:.,....ai WW!- A Desmond Daniels and Henry Griffin keep the crowd spellbound. Every year the cheerleaders and yell leaders put on a pep rally the afternoon of the foot- ball game against South's rival Raytown. This year's theme was taken from the popular song Ghostbusters and was in- serted with JAYBUSTERS. A game of Simon Says was played to get the players psyched up. The traditional two bits cheer concluded the pep rally.
