A very experienced superin- tendent, Mr. Herndon belongs to the Board of Regents of CMS, the Missouri State Teachers Association Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors of Raytown Chamber of Commerce. He was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Special Joint Committee of the Foundation Program. The Board of Education meets monthly to determine the educational policies of the Raytown schools. Warford, Principal Few of us realize the amount of pressure under which school principals work. RSHS, now in its fourth year, has been fortunate to be administered by Mr. Warford and Mr. Markland. Working together, these men per- form the duties that have made our school the best in the district. They are also active in the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the National Education Association. Working along with them are Mrs. Hall, who takes care of the attendance records, Mrs. Rafiner, who operates the ditto and thermo fax machines, and Mrs. Heckman, who takes care of the money.
