YR-QPF 'D Cf ,N From Jennifer Goth, It made me feel proud to be out there playing cause I knew' how much time we spent practicing and how muchceffort we each put into it Karen Hutsell comments, I really liked participating on the first girls' basketball team. I feel I have ac complished something as an indivd ual and as a team member. . .though we didn't Win very many games. We won them all because we did our best and we had fun doing it .... Deni Solary - I learned more than 'ust dribbling--it strengthened my belief that winning isn't everything. Who can ask more. . . ? They gave their all! They're a fantastic group of ladies. D. VOLLEYBALL The A Team had an excellent season, finishing with 11 1 record and a first place trophy from the Pittman Tournament They won the last ten games, having lost only their first game to Ervin , he high point servers on the A ' Team for the entire 12 game sea- son were: Becky Bray-91 points ' and Cathy Hamlin - 80 points. The B Team also had a good sea- son. Their record stands at 8-4, and they also received a first place trophy. Outstanding servers were Lynn i to The recipient of the Outstanding Player Award for both teams is Dana Craig. The RAMIZZOU Staff would like to con- gratulate Coaches Anna Lou Tommey and john Swartz and members of the teams for their great season. R.j.H. is indeed proud of the spirit and sportsmanship shown by the first gir1's volleyball team. They've set many records which will be hard to beat. Congratulations again, for a job well done.
