They must con- tend vvith the everyday accidents and crises which exist in a school housing nearly 1500 students. The principals are assisted in their duties by their secretaries. M r s. P aye Hellman and Mrs. Nadine Page, secretaries to Mr. Hanks, and Mrs. Erma Mozley, sec- -ff retary to Mr. Beissenherz, answer telephone calls and student. inquiries and handle' ball- game tickets plus their own secretarial work. Raytovvn's health needs are taken care of by Mrs. Ceiss, school nurse, and Mrs. Seay, nurse's aid. They are kept busy with minor ailments such as cuts and sprains and emer- gencies. College plans, class schedules, orienta- tion, and students' personal problems occupy the time of the school counselors.Mr.Welsh, senior counselor, Mr. Yust, junior counselor, and Mr. Youngs, s o p h om o r e counselor,- attempt to help the student understand him- , self and his environment in order that he . may realize his full potential.
