He attended elementary and secondary schools in Canada and came to the United States for further edu- cation. He attended Graceland Junior College in Iowa for two years and obs tained his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Masters degree at Central Missouri JOHN ZUMWALT Freshman Counselor RD CRUMLEY WARREN LATHROP State College. Mr. Scherer Was pres- ent at the first guidanceinstitute held at the University of Missouri in 1959. Prior to his four-'years at Raytown, he was a social Worker.
