To acquaint the student body with the workings of the Council, the minutes of each meeting were read over the intercom. In addition to bringing a Foreign Ex- change Student to Raytown for next year, plans were made to send a Raytown student abroad. A Safety Committee was appointed with Klaus Gottschalk as chairman to study traffic accidents and teen-age driving habits.
