Cindy Franklin is again running for President of the United States with Joe Bruce as her able campaign manager. Eva McCoy, Sara Peterson, Sharon Lackey, Sharon Stuckey, and Yvonne Teague were voted five of the best dressed women in a recent poll of Pollcat Junction. A Huce Loewenberg and Roger Plantz were given gold medals for being the safest and most courteous drivers during Safe Driving Week. The honorable Mayor, Janice M. Jones, presented the award.
