At that time he was not even aware the con- test was taking place. During his past high school years, John has been very involved in school activities. In sports, he has been a var.- sity letterman in football for three years, a three-year letterman in track I and was one of four team captains in football. He has excelled greatly in football; he was chosen for the all con- ference team his sophomore year and in his senior year, again made the team as the punter, kicker and offensive back for the second team, and a defen- sive line backer for the first team. Other activities he has been involved with include Varsity Club, National Honor Society, Foreign Language Club and Honor Band for three years. John's future plans include attend- ing college, but he is undecided as to which one and plans on going into the veterinary field. V74 heall W. 10' I. 3.! MTheme
