Football halftime shows were looking good as the band performed, under the direction of Mr. Rod Young. They also marched in the American Royal Parade. 2. This money was used fo scholarships, their awards banquet at Joeis Barn, and for their trip to Silver Dollar City. The concert band went to Dis- trict Contest on April 3 and re- ceived an Honor l rating.
