Mr. Lenz The Physical Education department tries to develope interest in sports that will help students be happier and healthier in future years. First aid health and dance are also a part of this dept. The physical education department hopes to expand in future years but presently is faced with the problem of over- crowding. In the Driver Education course students learn the proper attitudes and fundamentals of driving techinquesg and to help students be a safer more efficient driver on todayis highways.

These subjects teach different techniques in art skills in the art dept. Wood working and home mainte- nance in industrial arts, and the music department teaches bands of all kinds and music theory. Some of the new subjects hope to be taught in the near future are ceramics and art history in art.
