They played at PTA meetings, Jazz Worship Services, and at a meet- ing for the Cass County Cafeteria Workers. The band went to Lawrence, Kansas and recorded a record at the Audio House. The members dues paid for the dance this year. The dance was combined with three different clubs: Art, Home-Ec, and Activity Club. They provided refreshments at open house, gave parties, and kept cookies and punch in the lounge for teachers dur- ing their breaks.
