Miss Brown Retires ln June 1957 one faculty member retired, namely, Miss Ella Moore Brown, who devoted 35 years to teaching at The Rayen School. After teaching in Monticello, N. Y. and several other places, Miss Brown came here to teach Latin, German and more recently, Spanish. She was one of the few local teachers with a doctorate from Middlebury, Vermont. Two New Arrivals Mr. Nicholas Cipollone is the new Spanish teacher who replaces Miss Brown, retired. This Rayen alumnus is a graduate of Youngstown University who earned his master's degree from Westminster College. Formerly, he taught in Warren. MR. NICHOLAS CIPOLLONE Spanish Miss Ida Berger, the new school nurse, divides her time among three schools, The Rayen School, Harding and Hayes Junior High.
