WYOMING WHOLESALE COMPANY Featuring Libby's Fine Foods Sincere Congratulations Seniors ROBERTS FLORAL PHONE 144 f DON GLIDDEN, Vice President D. F. MICHIE, Sec retary GARY HAGANS T reasurer SENIOR GEORGE DALE, Representative OFFICERS Senior History September, 1947, arrived, and with it came the largest Freshman class RHS had ever seen. Very soon, we proved to be not only the largest, but also the most active, climaxing our first big year with the Winter Whirl. The Sophomore float, and the Cotton Ball, were the big events of our next year, and in May, with faces turned toward the future we eagerly awaited our next year as mighty UPPERCLASSMEN. At last we entered the dreamed-of, but never visited, world of the Upper Crust. Our class had greatly diminished in number, but not in spirit. Our play, A Date With Judy, was a howling success, and we went on to give a grand Banquet and Prom, choosing the theme of Through the Porthole. September again rolled around and much to our surprise, we realized that this was our Senior year. We settled down to do our best! We were, naturally, ably represented in every sport by our many he-men. Seniors participated actively in every organization in school. Though many faces were missing from our ranks, we put on a highly successful play and Senior Ball. When we left RHS for the last time, we did so with a feeling of a job well done. Representative Donald Biakeslee . . . Gary Eyre . . Don Tennant .Carlene Peterson . Shirley . . Bob Class History We, the Junior Class of 1951, who as Freshman so shyly entered RHS in the fall of '48, eighty-seven strong have lost seventeen worthy members in the battle of life. We are now a wiser, more experienced class as a result of lessons learned here at good old RHS. It is not for us to say, but somehow we feel we have contributed to our school; its traditions, its sports, its activities and its scholarship. Our activities this year have been mixers, a Sadie Hawkins Day Dance, Junior Play, first place in the Outlaw Day Parade, and an assembly. As this 1951 edition of the annual goes to press the strains of some simple melody will send us dreamily across the dance floor at one of the best Junior Proms ever staged in Rawlins. We say goodby for now. We hope to see ail of you back here at RHS next year. Albers, Robert G. Allen, Ronald Belcher, Robert L, Black, Joan F. Contos, Sam J. Delpierre, Lewis D.
