FOOTBALL 0 0 CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS FOR THE THIRD SUCCESSIVE YEAR For the third successive season the Outlaws ran rough shod over the conference to carry off first honors. Starting the season with a tie with Evanston, then winning their next seven games, put the Outlaws in position to play for the state championship. The trip to Cheyenne for the game which was to decide the mythical state championship, was made by nearly the entire school. We came back disappointed in the score but still proud of our team. Cheyenne won the game 25 to 0. The season was successful in many ways. Several Outlaws were given places on the All-state teams. Among those thus honored were: Charles Cooper, Gerald Jordan, Harold Penland, James Tripp, Harold Ogburn and Bob Lovato.
