GLEE CLUB This year of 1955 and 1956 has been a full and exciting one for the Glee Club. They were very fortunate to be one of the few choral groups to sing at Wanamaker's pre-Christmas celebration. The setting of a Gothic Cathedral and the music gave everyone the true spirit of Christmas. Also, there was a very good attendance at The Annual Christmas Concert at Ravenhill. Everyone enjoyed the program which contained the Alleluia by Mozart, and selections of Christmas carols. A few days before the Christmas vacation, the Glee Club sang at Women's Medical College and at the Little Sisters of the Poor. During the first months of 1956 the girls worked very hard preparing for their Spring Concert. They felt that they were well rewarded when they saw how the audience appre- ciated the music. - Peter Piper, Let There Be Music, and the Ave Maria by Vittorio. The Glee Club is grateful to have such a capable director as Mr. Anselmo Inforzatto and are looking forward to another successful year.
