You have raised up made ours the. class with your guidan and support wet never have gmen as far as we have ours w id have been just another senior class. this and more, we the Class of '8 dicate Memoirs 1983 to you as a t of our thanks and apprecia- tion Nicf S Sapone 4 ar The time has come to reflect on the past. To reflect on friends, enemies, secret loves. To think of that sport victory you won, or the one just out of reach that you didn't. To look at those varsity letters, those varsity jackets, and to think of the friends you made because of them. High school is a time to learn who you are, And who the people are around you. The hurt, the laughter, the sorrow, the joy. They are what make high school. ln kindergarten, the experience is one ot wonder. In grade school, you can't think of enough excuses not to go. Junior high is the time of trial. But high school is the time to be free and enjoy this last phase of growing up. N Abeisdav tssa Q -i t is ,jl ftj 4 tt. X .. 3 if of I The days will come and go so fast, Until you sit there making up senior wills, having senior picnics, and making college decisions, and this time of being with friends is quickly coming to an end. You no longer have the security of going to school every day and knowing that those friends you have known since that first day in kindergarten are going to be there. Is? ii as S - 1 Stop and think of the past fora moment and cherish it, for you will never get it back. Soon the friendships you have shared for 13 long years, will fade. The boyfriend you thought you would never forget, passes you by on the street, and you don't even notice him. A W? X... . A M , vii- E K ' 1 . Eriddy May There was peih, but there was joy One part of you is leaving this building, but the other part of you your nnernory, will still remain. Endsheets, picas, gutters, captured white space were words that were meaningless to me when I assumed the responsibilities as Editor in Chief of Memoirs I knew little about cropping a picture or meeting a deadlineg it was enough to give me nightmares! Eventually the yearbook staff and I settled in and we completed the job. This year we tried to give the yearbook a fresh look with our scrapbook theme of photographs and memories of school life. We sincerely hope that Memoirs will be a happy reminder of your days at RCS. Allyson Valentino A - t tttt .IM w greasy . fb ' mwovuw-v-an-vnu .-0-..-...Q ,.. M 'vw -. f Me.. Mr. Rosato began in the Fiavena High School as a custodian in 1947 after his discharge from the U.S. Navy. In addition to these duties, he became responsible for overseeing, operating and maintaining a number of schools in the district. Further, Mr. Rosato will be remembered during these early years as a mail carrier and a school bus driver.
