Clark, Mr. Graham, Dobert, Albright, Hull, M. Pape, Yeomans, Mc- Laury, Sutton. STUDENT COUNCIL Robert Hughes President During activity period, busy feet find many paths. The hub ' of all activity is Student Council. A representative group of all the student body, the Council helps 'money-shy' clubs with their activities. Tha annual Halloween football game and dance provide the necessary funds. The Council's many activities include the Shamrock Hop to aid the Community Ambassador Fund, participation in the exchange student program established by area schools, a vigorous Get-Out-the-Vote Campaign and clothing drive. The spokes leading from this hub of student activity are busy, too. Our publications, MEMOIRS and STAFF AND SHIELD, have staff members scurrying about uncovering latest news, procuring ads, typing and writing copy. Then there are Photography Club and their ever-present cameras, G. A. C. and their hilarious initiation outfits, our efficient Library Club staff, concerts at Christmas and in the spring by our band and choral groups, band com- petition in the annual Band Festival and chorus singing on TV and at the Veteran's Hospital, the impressive cere- mony for new members of Honor Society and those coveted white sweaters for senior members, Agriculture Club dances, our new German Club singing and dancing folk tunes in the Language Department program for P.
