ITEM: To Arnold Rarick we leave the one and only Jessie Court. ITEM: To next year's class president we leave, with grave doubts as to his ability to use it, the stentorian voice of our good president, Henry Blenis, which enabled him to over- come all opposition and to prevent others from knowing opposition existed. Also, we leave his ability to keep on good terms with the faculty, and still do as he pleases- in other words we leave his strategy. ITEM: To the Dramatic Club we leave Marjorie Peck's varied and surprising talent. A talent that could interpret a character with so much originality that its own author wouldn't know it. ITEM: To Ravena High School we bequeath our illustrious deeds and our names as candi- dates for its Hall of Fame. We also leave the peaceful quiet caused by our absence and any old notes we have left crumpled behind the radiators. ITEM: Dale Setford's lavender shirt Cnot to mention his tiesl we leave to Donald Kniffen. The color should be becoming. ITEM: Fern's ability to sell the SCARLET TANAGER we leave to Shirley Fiescher. ITEM: Jimmy Pebler's suit case we leave to jimmy Brandow, so that next year he can collect an equal number of souvenirs. ITEM: Wilbur Thayer's military ability we leave to Ralph Wells. ITEM: To Miss King and Miss Bergen we leave the memory of many escapades without which we are sure their lives would have been less interesting. We also leave our very kindest regards, and sincere gratitude for their unfailing kindness and aid during our years in high school. ITEM: Dorothy Meyer's ability to make friends we leave to Mabel Miller. We also leave Mabel Dorothy's list of nice cheerleaders in other schools. For instance, at Waterford we have a charming gentleman named Freddie. ITEM: Carmen Albano's self-confidence we leave to Harold Collins. Not that Harold hasn't any, but Carmen has so much. ITEM: The ability of Shirley Carl to take care of Mr. Deisseroth's oflice needs, we leave to Marion Stalker. It is often said, A little kindness goes a long way. Could that be Shirley's secret? ITEM: To Eleanor White we leave Ellen Phillips' domineering way. We hope Eleanor will put it to its best use. ITEM: To the Junior boys we leave the ability to do a balloon dance the way the Seniors did. To lead the dance we pick a very capable, young Sophomore, named Robert Gallagher, who they say, has beautiful legs. ITEM: We feel that our brilliant record and our unusual achievements will live after us, but not wishing 'to take any chances, we suggest that a tablet on which shall be inscribed our names and a few of our most astonishing deeds, be purchased and placed in the audi- torium of the school in a position where it will strike the eye of all who enter.
