MILBERT RAU Director of Elementary Education Raymond Reiff, Administrative Assistant to the Superin- tendent, assisted the Superintendent in preparing reports, in acquiring qualified teachers and in deciding personnel policy matters. Giving speeches and informing the general public of school activities were also his responsibilities. ROBERT RICE Director of Secondary Education Mr. itau, Director of Elementary Education, and Mr. Robert Rice, Director of Secondary Education coordinated and supervised the work in their areas of specialization as the needs demanded. They improved curriculum correlation of the elementary and secondary schools, respectively. These two, by observing and evaluating what was being taught, recommended ways and means for improvement.
