Besides taking an active part in civic and school affairs, he is an expert drummer, as was demonstrated recently at a band concert, His pleasing personality has made him popular with the RCHS student body cs well as with the parents and facu'ty. C. E. HASKINS ASSISTANT SU PERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS Rapid City has been especially lucky to have a capable man such as C. E. Haskins in its school system for thirty years, He is now Assistant Superintendent of Schools, and works with the growing enrollment in Rapid City schools.
