The trouble began when she allowed it to be sublet to the Howells, a recently married couple. John Eddy literally stole the show as he por- trayed the part of Parks, the English butler. His fine English dialect entertained the audience throughout the entire evening. John was sup- ported in his role by Nancy Trouth who played the not-too-bright maid. Other members of the cast did commendable tasks. Credit is due the stage hands and prompters as well as the direc- tor, Mr. Wade.
