'irif jk eniorfi As the Stars and Stripes come down for the last time at Randolph-Macon this June for the Senior Class, many of us will look back over our years here, and our throats will swell just a little. We shall look at our campus and com- pare our growth wi.th it. During the time that we have been at Randolph-Macon, the campus has grown in every way just as we have. The campus at the time when members of our class like Mullins and Phelps entered was quite different from the present campus that new members of our class like Shaw and Dean know. We feel that our growth here has been comparable to the growth of Randolph- Macon, and we are grateful to Randolph- Macon, to our teachers, and to our parents. The Class of 1958 has 67 members repre- senting nine states QOhio, Illinois, Pennsyl- vania, Maryland, New Jersey, West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginiaj and the District of Columbia. Our class will represent Randolph-Macon at numerous colleges and universities throughout America, from Mary- land to Colorado. Over the years, as we have witnessed the growth of Randolph-Macon, we have become as much a part of R.-M.A. as it has become a part of us. We have built our foundations during these years on solid ground, and we have been prepared for a great new life ahead. We of the Senior Class of 1958 are proud of the ideals and traditions of Randolph-Macon. Throughout the years we shall grow in statue, in wisdom, and in prestige just as Randolph- Macon is growing. We are proud to become alumni of a great school.
