PUTTING CN AN ACT Young lovers. Dave and Jer are checking the grist-wheel. Give me that gun, Kelly! At their first meeting of the year in the fall, the Drama Club elected their officers and planned some events for the year. In December, they held a Christmas party for all members. They watched movies and had refreshments. WIDOW’S WALK is the name of the murder mystery presented by the Drama Club. The story is situated off the rugged, rock-bound coast of Maine on Widow’s Walk Island, a remote, forbidding spot. The island is known to be haunted by the ghost of a famed whaler of the 1840’s, Captain Josiah Osgood and the spirit of his strange, young Polynesian bride. On May 1, members of the club traveled to Omaha to the Upstairs Dinner Theater to view a presentation of the SOUND OF MUSIC. A cast party was given and best actors and actresses were voted upon. Those chosen were Patti McCarthy, Patti Milander, Brian Lyon, and Dave Krueger. BEHIND THE SCENES-Front Row: Tige Jones, Corby Robinson, Heidi Heegle, Shari Dibbert, John Andrew.
