M A IS BATING FHA started off their year by decidins to try for a Chapter Award. Their main project was setting up a Block Mother Program for Randolph. In November, the group went to South Sioux City for the District Convention. A presentation was given by Mike Walkum on the Wednesday's Child” program. Recognition was given at Districts to Cheri Stevens, who was a state officer for the year '84-'85, and to Connie Nordhues, who was District secretary for the same year. Both FFA and FHA were the sponsors of the Sweetheart Dance. The morning of the dance was spent decorating the gym. A lot of hard work and fun was put into it. The officers for the school year '85-’86 were elected to attend the FHA State Convention. They were elected as follows: Deb Milander (President), Mary Schaefer (Vice President), Janeen Kittle (Secretary -Treasurer), Christy Carpenter (Historian), Valerie McDonald (Reporter), and Patti Milander (Parliamentarian).
