'' Zonight ’sflight ' Friday. October 7, the halls of RHS were filled with excitement as everyone was getting ready for Homecoming. Students were rushingeverywhere to get their parade entries ready, hoping with all their hearts that their float would win. The seniors must have worked the hardest because their float won first place. The freshmen followed at a close second with the sophomores coming in third. Although the seniors won first place, the rest of the students did not go home unhappy. The Randolph Cardinals beat the Creighton Bulldogs 6 to 2. After the game everyone went to the dance where the Witch-Bone Band was playing. The evening was topped off with Kent Daws and Julie Helsing being crowned King and Queen. First Place Senior Float.
