Searching Silently?????????? The Book Nook Miss Marilyn Klanderud, Cindy Bermel, Jolene Isom, Darlene Janssen, Ida Backer, and Ramona Brunssen, absent, were student librarians. The Book Fair The High School Library and the English Department sponsored a student book fair during the week of November 3-7. Members of the book fair committee were Marilyn Klanderud, Tom Barlow, Diane Baker, and Gary Osborn. The committee worked with the Educational Reading Service, a professional book fair company to provide a selection of books for the fair. Students, parents, visitors were encouraged to attend the fair, and purchase books. The book fair display included new books from many publishers in all price ranges. The book fair encouraged student interest in reading and building home libraries. The profits from the fair were used to purchase a small selection of paperback books for the library. 24
