A Special Recognition ZoMr. Roger Ruchanan for Zhirty-Sight years of Service On the Randolph Public School Hoard of Education During the 1974 Commencement activities, Mr. Neil Kluver, Supt. of Schools, presented this plaque to Mr. Buchanan while Mrs. Buchanan proudly looks on. Mr. Buchanan, President of the Board of Education, retires from this office in January 1975. The students and faculty of Randolph Public Schools wish to join the community of Randolph to endorse the following thoughts engraved on the plaque: Presented to Roger L. Buchanan for service and duty faithfully performed as a Randolph Board of Education member for thirty-eight years. Well Done! On behalf of four generations of the children of Randolph, we thank you Mr. Buchanan! May God bless you! And may your example of civic responsibility serve as a reminder for all future generations of those of service, duty, responsibility and integrity. 26
