Text from Pages 1 - 56 of the 1963 volume:

The 1963 CARDINAL Randolph High School, Randolph, Nebraska Student Life Waiting for the buzzer to ring-----the Freshmen seem to anticipate the next class with lots of smiles. The stairways begin to moan and groan when everyone starts passing to different classes. A cross section of student expression — happiness, confusion, dreaming, and seriousness. 2 Lots of happy Senior faces. They won the Football Pep Club Rally again. This means they get to keep the Pep Club plate for winning the most rallies during the Football Season. Combs, brushes, lipstick, and klippies are used by the Freshmen — — — to the Senior girls. Busy place ... Beauty is Important. Careful, watch your step, it’s been a busy day at school. Homeward bound!!!!! Study hall must be coming to an end. Looks as if there isn’t much concentration right now.... 3 Dedication To Mr. Dale Kropp who has given his leadership, understanding, guidance, time, and effort to the students of the Randolph Public School. Mr. Kropp has been the sponsor for the Senior Class for all their high school years and we are dedicating the 1963 Cardinal to him. Thank you for helping us climb our Educational Ladder. SUPERINTENDENT Fred M. Pokorney Education shall not make the dreams, the aspirations, the ambitions, the hopes of all come true. It will, however, awaken in them new dreams, new visions, that each by effort may be called their own, and find therein the joy of labor and success. PRINCIPAL Eva M. Strathman Sincere wishes for each and everyone to go forth prepared with confidence, to go meet the confronting challenges of life.
