The Cardinals won only one game. They defeated Allen at Allen’s Homecoming, to avenge defeats of previous years. Rodney Jones and Neil Lackas made touchdowns in the 13-6 Victory. Basketball season saw the Cardinals win only one game. The Cards defeated Newcastle 57-33. The team lacked experience but played good basketball several times during the year. Marvin Stueckrath was the only Senior to complete four seasons of Basketball. Regardless of how the Football and Basketball seasons turned out, the Track season looks like it’s going to be good. Track will start March 6, and the boys will be working hard, to get in shape for their first meet. —35— ‘ ItyMcal Education BOWLING PLAYGROUND P.E. GIRLS —36— unny Break it Up!! Comfortab le!!
