Gleason, Andrew, Weber, Lageschulte, Carlson, Waters, Broer, Bolender Larson, Carstens, Weise, Taylor, Kerr, Lowther, Barnes, Garham, Denman Evans Roberts Bruner, Wilson, Roberts, Frederick, Andrews Class of 1927 You remember the above group of newcomers, the class of 1927, as they stood upon the threshold of Randolph High School for the first time. How many stood trembling, stricken with awe. And how the two upper classes labored almost in vain to acquaint them with the routine ami traditions of our high school. But they did not remain long in this cowering mood. Before the end of the year they had assumed full responsibility for themselves and had become acquainted with the time honored customs and traditions. You will remember how this class of ’27 tried to extend the privileges of the seniors to the lower classmen and in consequence established the first freshmen sneak day. As sophomores they were domineering. They had long forgotten the humbleness they had shown the preceding September. Remembering the days of their own green actions they administered a savage reception upon the incoming freshmen. They assailed them with torments as though that would add prestige to their important position. We now find them taking the honorary position of juniors, about to embark on the last, and we hope happiest, year of their high school careers. E. F.
