Four years ago, September, 1951, we entered our first year of high school Mr. Barger was our advisor and Bruce Motter, the leader of our class. During our freshman year we were very proud to be the largest class in the school. Class parties, paper drives, and bake sales were our successful money-making projects. We worked hard this year and our treasury was beginning to build up. We were soon to become a big part of Randolph as SOPHOMORESl Our advisors this year were Miss Miller and Miss Corwin. Later, Mr. Lancaster replaced Miss Corwin. With their help and the leader- ship of Mitzi Schroeder, our bankroll was really starting to bulge. We were beginning to look forward to that wonderful trip to Washington. The 'Harvest Moon Hop was our first big dance this year, and everyone worked hard to make it the success that it was. Has another year gone by already? Time is passing quickly and now we are JUNIORSI We are now learning the meaning of responsibility. Our work is harder, and again we are planning to make money. We learned to work together. Selling magazines, producing a play, and giving a Valentine dance were many things we did for the first time. Ou.r beautiful Junior-Senior Prom, Some Enchanted Evening, will always be a wonderful high school memory. Our advisors, Mrs. Brumbaugh and Mr. Cultice, and our leader, Mitzi Sch- roeder, saw and helped us through a profitable year. Now we are SENIORSI Many never-to-be forgotten moments were shared by our class this year. Spec Sanders was our leader and Mrs. Jay and Mrs. Fox, our advi- sors. We gave Holly Daze, the formal Christmas dance, and we did our best to cheer the athletic teams on to victory. Our work days and the pro- duction of our class play helped promote our trip to Washington. We are proud to have been a part of Randolph and we will long remember the good friends and gay times we have had. Our training at Randolph has helped us greatly to prepare for the future and to take advantage of the opportunities open to us. Baccalaureate and Commencement have made a. lasting impre- ssiou on us and we leave Randolph with the hope that we will be able to make it as proud of us as we have been of it.
