Butler, Vice President, Mr. Roland St. John, Mr. Robert Warner, President, Mrs. L. M. Light, Clerk, Mr. James R. Hutchinson, Mr. Russell Worley. The Randolph Board of Education is a very important factor in the functioning of school. They are, we might say, the head mechanics of the school, for it is up to them to keep things running smoothly. Their jobs consist of employing all personnel, Teachers are carefully chosen for their ability, not only to teach the students geography and English, but also to get along with and be respected by their students and fellow faculty members. It is the job of the board to establish all policies for the school. In so doing the Randolph board attempts to reflect the opinions of the citizens of the district. The board also must make decisions concerning important problems and projects, the most pro- minent and important project now being the erection of a new school building for the ever-increasing Randolph Township. They realize that good study facilities are an im- portant factor in the advancement of education, and they are working hard to improve such facilities at Randolgb. This board is elected by the people of the Randolph District, and services are al- most entirely voluntary. TheRandolph Board of Education is a hard-working conscientious group of citizens who have dedicated their time and effort to making sure that the students of Randolph will receive the best possible facilities and equipment they can attain. We, the students of Randolph, realize the interest that our board has taken in our welfare and advancement, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunities and privi- leges they have so thoughtfully provided for us.
